Mushroom mushroom

I recently bought this gorgeous butter which has garlic and herbs mixed in – but you can also make you own by mixing butter with parsley, garlic, chives, dill and paprika as well as pepper and salt to taste. I started by frying my meat in this butter and then removing the meat when it was cooked to my tastes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Then add cream (a light one will do as the herbs will give the sauce quite a rich taste) and reduce for a few more minutes.

When the cream is thickened add more pepper and serve with a (heart-shaped) dollop of balsamic glaze
