walnut chicken teriyaki

You will need:

  • a handful of walnuts
  • chicken breast chopped
  • a glass of milk
  • teriyaki sauce
  • rice or pasta or couscous

Roast the walnuts for a few minutes in a dry pan. Remove for later use.

Place your chicken pieces in a pan with milk and start to cook. When the chicken has cooked throughout drain the excess milk. I used the milk here to keep the chicken moist.

Add terikayki sauce and keep cooking. Finally add the roasted walnuts again. Mix in your cooked rice, pasta or couscous.
